Balcony Ceiling Soffits

Although intended for decking Innowood 140 mm x 25 mm; DB14025, decking board used in these balcony-ceiling soffits shows the versatility of the Innowood building systems.
The natural Spotted Gum timber colour blends in with the hues of the red fairfaced brickwork, in this refurbishment at Little Bay NSW.
Other Innowood reconstituted wood-base composite profiles were also used elsewhere in this project, including rain-screen facade cladding and sun shading over windows.

Concealed fixed to battens the Innowood decking boards form clean sharp lines, given the impression of space and lightness.

Beyond the Innowood decking in the foreground, Innowood sun-shading louvres can be seen cantilevered out from the walls over the windows and beyond these an Innowood facade screen wall hides stairs.
