To enhance Innowood surface look for outdoor application, Innowood has worked with an Australian Coating manufacturer to develop a high performance, quick drying, easy to clean, durable with a high resistance to UV, a clear finish water based and specially formulated for Innwood products–IC10G which adds significant protection against Australia’s harsh conditions as well as the effects of foot traffic.
For indoor use coating is not required for the original colour in product will be sufficient.
InnoCoat used on all exterior Innowood products such as for Decking, Cladding, Outdoor Furniture, Fences, Railings, Shutter, Louvre, etc.
Innowood recommends that the InnoCoat coating should be applied within 48 Hours of Installation being completed.
Innowood sealer - InnoCoat has a life expectancy of 1-5 years, depending upon amount of sunlight and pedestrian traffic it attracts, it will appear white and dull or fading on the surface, to bring back the colour Innowood recommend, InnoCoat - Water Based polyurethane composite timber sealer. The product must be coated and maintained in accordance with Innowood instruction.

Coats required: |
Two Coats will be required (if using roller or pad), in extreme conditions such as full sun exposure or near salt water it is recommended three coats. |

Recoat Time: |
Allow a minimum of 4 hour drying between coats at 25°C and 80% humidity. |

Drying/Curing Time: |
Touch Dry: 2 hour at 25°C and 80% humidity. Decking can be walked on with care after 12 hours, but may retain some tackiness for several days. Full curing 4-7 days. |

Coverage Rates: |
3-5 m² per liters (if spray is use) OR 5 - 7 m² per liters (Roller or pad) |

Recoats: |
If recoating old Innowood boards, sand lightly to remove oxidation or any raised grain & coat as per application manual. |
